3D Wire Bending Machine

The 3D wire bending machine operates on the principle of "rotating the head without rotating the wire." Its lightweight head structure and rotating arm ensure that the wire remains stationary during bending, effectively avoiding errors caused by small-diameter wire forming. This ensures fast and stable production. The machine is equipped with a computer-controlled start/stop system, offering high speed and a user-friendly interface that supports multiple languages. To accommodate different production needs, operators can adjust speeds and modify programs in real-time via the computer interface, significantly enhancing operational convenience.

2D Wire Bending Machine

The 2D wire bending machine is controlled by servo motors and PLC programming, making it easy to operate and user-friendly. It is suitable for processing iron wire, steel wire, stainless steel wire, and non-ferrous metal wires (round, square, flat). It can create various shapes such as squares, circles, hexagons, ellipses, and irregular shapes, as well as different types of hooks and clasps (e.g., S-hooks, curtain hooks, D-rings), meeting diverse 2D forming requirements.

XY Platform Welding Machine

Automated Operation:

The XY platform welding machine automates feeding, positioning, and welding. The XY-axis mold frame is driven by servo motors and synchronous belts, with step length and speed controlled by the system. Once the operator places the material on the mold frame and starts the machine, the computer controls the product to move alternately along the X and Y axes, automatically completing precise welding at each point. After welding, the machine returns to its origin without manual intervention. Meanwhile, operators can prepare the next batch of materials, reducing labor costs and maximizing efficiency.

Customization:

The machine can be customized according to the size of the client's mesh, including the length of the X and Y axes and the platform size. Through precise CNC programming, the welding process is accurately controlled to ensure stable welding quality. The machine can also adjust the mold's travel distance and alternating time based on mesh and process requirements, ensuring accurate welding positions and achieving the desired results automatically.

High Welding Quality:

Utilizing advanced welding technology and a well-designed structure, the machine minimizes spatter and ensures stable welding quality. It features a self-developed pressure cylinder with excellent follow-up performance, compensating for pressure during the welding process, resulting in stronger and more aesthetically pleasing welds.
